A Federal High Court Presided by Justice Evelyn Anyadike in Kano ordered that former Governor of Jigawa State Sule Lamido and his two sons, Aminu and Mustapha be remanded in Kano prison till September @8th when their bail application will be heard. The Former Governor and his sons were arraigned for collecting bribe totalling to N1.35billion from government contractors when he was the sitting Governor of JIgawa state. Although, EFCC counsel objected to this, claiming that cells in both Kano and Abuja are full to capacity.
