History was made today when Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Fedaral High Court in Abuja granted Former Imo state Governor, N270 million bail for a N270 million fraud case. It implies that Ohakim should return all he stole. Ohakim was arraigned for a N270 milliom fraud he allegedly perpetrated while he was the sitting Governor of Imo state in 2008. EFCC officials has then been ordered to seize the former Governor's passport and other travelling documents and to be deposited at the office of the Deputy Chief Registrar of the court.
