The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele said that Nigerian Foreign Exchange Reserve had increased from $29bn left by Ex President Jonathan's Regime to $31.8bn since the new administration took charge. He applauded President Muhammadu Buhari's new administration for blocking loopholes.
